Only one drawback, where we reside now we have to drive 50+ miles to get to a branch, BUT IT'S WORTH IT!
We just wanted to take a moment to compliment the competency of "Taylor" who helped with our mortgage loan questions. We deal with customer service entities every day and it is refreshing to deal with someone so accommodating! It is a rarity to receive sincere, genuine, and helpful service just because it is the general nature of the person that cares about her work.
Last late afternoon my husband & I went to see about pre-qualifying for a mortgage. We sat down with Taylor Woods. She made the experience a breeze & was super accommodating, i.e. printing, scanning & emailing bank statements to the out of office PNC mortgage broker that she set us up to speak to over her phone. We highly recommend her banking assistance; it wouldn't have been as easy an experience with out her. Thanks Taylor!

One final note, we had our debit card number stolen and thieves pilfered over 1000 DOLLARS from our account! Though PNC is only technically liable for a small amount, THEY GAVE US ALL THE MONEY BACK! THAT'S SERVICE that has made a LIFETIME CLIENT OUT OF ME!
They are not cocerned about their clients concerns. They have no quams about lying to you and treatinv you as if your IQ was 12. Try Seacoast instead you will be happy.
Every PNC bank I go into makes me (and my wife) feel special, and we are not even royalty! We have used PNC in Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky and Michigan and in every branch we have gone to they are good to us. Some branches even had a person open the door for us and we are mobile (not wheelchair bound?! They ALWAYS greet us welcoming us to PNC!
