Miscommunication in the office with payments and running of my card frustrated me to the point of returning vehicle which I had been renting for 3 months. Then when I returned vehicle they wanted to charge my insurance for some false damage. Frustrated beyond return. I didn't want to post a response but this was the second email I received to post something, so I did. Very unsatisfied in the end.
Staff always very helpful and will go the extra mile to get you into the rental that fits your needs, even if it requires having to upgrade you at their expense if your requested size isn't available. They work on very limited staff at this location and do a great job.
