If you go to this location, do not deal with Stephen. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The way he was blatantly condescending while trying to overcharge me was sickening. It was a horrible experience. I have never had someone talk down to me in such a manner. I went in to get a service check for my car and to see about a check engine light that was going off about a fuel cap. Stephen immediately dismissed it being the fuel cap. Later, after starting and getting partially through a smoke test (that he said was necessary since he said there was a leak), he told us that it was the fuel cap was damaged. He still tried to charge us for the full smoke test until I complained. Why would I pay for something that wasn't even halfway completed? Especially when just checking the fuel cap (which I said was the issue) was the problem. He was also extremely rude throughout all of the interactions I had with him. Thinking he was clever in the way he called me fat and stupid. I wouldn't laugh at his jokes, so he would turn to my partner and say " yeah, she doesn't get the joke. ha ha." and " the tires are imbalanced as if they were carrying a heavy load." looks dead at me and says " like 200 pounds." I am not skinny but I am no where near 200 pounds. And let me say, the dude has no room to talk about weight. Basically, I just paid money to get air in my tires and to get treated like garbage. Mr. Laderia, maybe in the future try to treat people with more respect than you gave me.
