It seems like every time I go to the Okeechobee store I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. This time was no different. Usually I can't find any one to help me, but there were plenty of people to help today. I asked a woman at the pro register (who had no customers) if she knew where I could find caulking of some kind for an indoor fireplace and she tried to send me completely across the store to the garden Dept. My response was thanks but I'll find someone else. At that time she informed me she had been there 9 years and that would be the same thing I would hear from everyone.NOT TRUE. I did find two people in paint that were soooooo helpful and even made a call to be sure. To both of you thanks.
I was very pleased with Nolan at the blinds department. He was very pleasant and courtes. He knew I was upset about the final cost and tried very hard to find me a coupon. I would give him a very high rating. Although he couldn't get my total down, I appreciated him trying.
I would have give a 5 starts but returns services should have more nicer associates working there. Very unplesant expirience with a particular associete ,
Nice store , descent in stock choices. Employees are helpfull , spescially at paint department. I forgot the name but a nice employee from the ilands he was very knowledgeable and patient ( crownmolding dep)
Other wise great location , plenty parking spaces, kept clean inside and out.
A real joke don't waste your time never have what you need have to by something else to get by with
