I have never seen the same doctor twice which bothers me the most. I believe that a good relationship with your doctor is important. But they basically read your chart and guess from there. The wait time is an hour on average and that's WITH an appointment. The only positive thing I can say is that I have never had to wait more than a couple days for an appointment unlike some places that only have open spots three months from the time you call. But if you need a basic doctor then go for it.
I had to wait up to 3 hours after my appointment to see a dr. Not only do they have insane wait times, but I've had to wait over 3 months to get test results because the dr "forgot" about it. You can't get ahold of any of the drs, the staff are rude, and they don't care about your time.
I do NOT like this place, they treat you like cattle there. They are always so busy and it takes you 2 hours to see the doctor. 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the doctor room. However if I am in a bind I will go there. At least they can fit you in unlike some doctors around here.
