They get their orders right most of the time but there are times that they just can't seem to get it all correct. I order online at a very careful to have the mushrooms and jalapenos remove for my sandwiches. I have twice gotten home to discover on sandwiches which I could remove but I had requested that they not be put all of the first place.
Best subs in town, everything is fresh. Very friendly atmosphere. Great customer service. And most of all , i like to support a bus. That supports our community . My first choice for subs.
Food was just ok. Cheesesteak meat quality is slipping. Not much of a soda drinker and asked for a cup for water, they offered to sell me a cup at a regular drink price to get water out of fountain. To me, appreciating your customers is providing the basics. I recently had a poor experience at Jupiter Jersey Mike's and thought this would be a better experience. I guess Jersey Mike's in general are suffering in the customer service department. Cross this one off my list too.
Very friendly staff that can help you make the right choice on subs. Wicked fast sub makers in there! You can't pay for it as fast as they make it. Super clean inside and out. Food is fresh and tasty so give them a try.
We got their philly cheese steak sub and it was the best sub I've had. Will always recommend this subshop.
