Made an early appt. at 9:30am. cause I had to be back at work by 12:30..was told an hour and a half to 2 hours.. Did my grocery shopping and a few other errands.. Got back there at 11:35..They had not even started clipping him yet!..In 2 hours.. all that was done was a bath...I asked to shave his under belly because of a few mattes and to trim his tail, face and ears good..Now I'm told if I had something else to do it would be another 45 minutes.. At this point.. I'm very upset.. I had to go back to work by 12:30...Then was rudely asked why I told the girl in the back that the dog didn't have mattes.. Now I'm even more angry!!.. I never told her that!!.. I told her he did and is why I asked them to shave his under belly!!.. They made me feel like I didn't take care of my dog!!.. Isn't that what I'm paying them for??.. is to groom my dog and take care of the mattes he's managed to get????.. Im NOT a dog groomer... that's why I brought him to your shop!!!.. Needless to say... I went and ate lunch.. Came back 35 minutes later, still not done til 12:15!!!.. They seemed very irritated that I was in lobby waiting.. She rudely brought my dog out.. VERY UNFRIENDLY!!!... I saw the tail had not been touched!!!... the whole cut looked like it had gaps and uneven places everywhere!!!.. I had to retrim around his eyes and tail when I got home later that evening!!.. As I was out of time.. I had 10 minutes to get him back home and go back to work..NOT HAPPY!!.. but I figured if I complained.. Id just get another attitude.. So I just paid the $35 and left!!!... But I can tell you this.. I have never encountered such RUDENESS and CRAPPY grooming job in all my life.. Even my dog looked embarrassed with the mess they made of him...I could not have let a dog leave my shop like this!!!.. I am FURIOUS and I WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!!! :(..
Let's just say it was my first an will be my last they cutt my Yorkies neck by his collar an didn't care to tell me anything cause I guess they thought the bandanna would cover it up I highly recommend going else where or out of town they obviously have no patience for dogs ... never again
