Literally the slowest service ever, and to make it better the manager is literally just staring at about 20 of us waiting for our food instead of helping.

Unsanitary, horribly slow service. Nothing is made fresh or even properly stored or reheated. 2 guys who barely know what they are doing touch everything wearing the same gloves including the registers. Gross
