I'd love it when my wife would suggest zippys for our lunch out. Friendly staff, good food. But for the last 3months, the food quality has dropped significantly. Chicken not cooked, fries overdone and underdone (don't ask how, unless reheated) on 4 occasions. Great staff though.

Horrible service 2 times in a row. We ordered 50 boneless wings after waiting an hour we finally got our order and it was wrong all the way around
Sunday night. Tried to order a quick meal. Fifteen minutes later we got our drinks and informed that "Beth" would be our waitress instead of the original girl. When our fried mushrooms arrived, sans the sauce we requested, they were still cold in the center. Yuck.
Great Boneless Wings aka the ZIPPERS. Reasonably priced. Good service.
