I wish I could put a negative star review on here when I drove off the lot I was under the impression I was financed and everything was good. Then about a week later the phone calls started, oh the bank needs this and the bank needs that. Wich went on for about 2 weeks and I complied with every request. Then it turned into the bank kicked back the loan and I have to come in and sign new papers with a higher payment and interest rate. I decided to leave the car and was told I could pick up my deposit tomorrow. That didn't happen no one was in the office to cut my check. So I was told to go to the main office the next day and I could pick up my check. I got there and some guy who was the GM tried to tell me I didn't put a deposit down and threatened to call the sherrif on me. I was eventually given half my deposit back and told they were keeping the first payment I should have made and a tow fee for the car I traded. These people are all slime balls. Do NOT buy a vehicle from them. I would not send my worst enemy to them.o
I just bought my 2nd car from them and they are excellent. Carlos is the best salesman I've met, he doesn't pressure you and answers any questions you may have. Honestly they are all nice and treat you like family. John the ownwer is also wonderful to deal with and does everything he can get you financed with either them or a bank. I chose to come back here because I know I can trust them and if I do have any issues they will help me. Jake the service manager is also wonderful to deal with and I know I can trust him, which as a single women is hard to do with mechanics these days. I will take my car there if I ever have a problem. If you are thinking about purchasing a car, this is the place to go and they have 4 locations to chose from.

Bought a 1999 Chevy Silverado there two weeks ago 270,000 miles on it for $4600.Promised it had no leaks.Took it to my mechanic water pump leaks,needs a power steering motor, AC belt, valve cover gaskets, tie rods, driver side A arm, Idler arms, REAR MAIN SEAL(BIG MONEY FIX). O and the AC freon ran out a week later due to major leak in the Accumulator/Dryer. Did not expect so many issues..so I hope after I put in about $1600 so it might break down on my son..I guess you live and u learn
