I give this place 5 stars! I dealt with Phil and Michelle on multiple occasions and they always treated me kindly with respect. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Gilbert Ford. We drive almost 2 hours to get to this dealership and pass by all the others because they treat us like family. They are not pushy like most dealerships, instead, they work with you to help meet your needs.
If you have a hectic schedule or don't like the run around dealers normally give , then buy from Gilbert!!! Nathan had a deal done in less then 24 hrs ! I never bought a vehicke or anything else for that matter with such ease. No haggle no tricks no nonsense. I accepted delivery of my new truck at a park on a Saturday morning around my schedule. Received a full walk through of the truck and signed all paperwork .
F&I even gave me BEST interest rate on loan, which was not with FMCC. They gave me a Higher trade in value to make up for the Ford rebate if I financed with Ford.

Awesome dealership! Great people to work with and trustworthy!!! Finance manager explained the extended warranty to me, but did not try and force me to buy like other dealerships do. My salesman Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable always responded promptly to any question I had. Made buying a new vehicle easy and painless! They had Gary bring the vehicle to Lakeland over 2 hours away for me to test drive and complete the paperwork, couldn't have been easier. We live in South Georgia and I was very hesitant at first to buy a vehicle without seeing it in person and having to negotiate through email/phone, but I ended up being glad that we did. Nathan Liscomb was very willing to work with us to get us what we wanted and made it a very easy process and was very honest about the condition of the vehicle (which turned out to be top notch)...even sending some extra pics we requested since we couldn't see the car in person.
